There are an incredible number of free tools or apps out there for nonprofits to use. Any cash outlay on tools really needs to be justifiable, but if you can spare some time to explore or experiment, your nonprofit can use some of these apps to greatly improve your social, email, web and visual content:

Canva is incredibly simple to use and it's variety of professional layouts allow you to easily design engaging graphics for that last minute piece of social content.

2. Pexels -

Completely free, royalty free, high quality images. Great for including as your featured blog images, email headers or to accompany social posts.

3. Pablo -

Pablo by Buffer allows social media managers to easily overlay images with inspirational quotes and powerful stats, all properly optimised sized for social media.

4. WeVideo -

WeVideo is a powerful and easy-to-use cloud-based collaborative video editor. Features include still photo animation, voice over, and clip transformation.

5. Flat Icon -

The largest database of free icons available in PNG, SVG, EPS, PSD and BASE 64 formats.

6. RiteTag -

Easily find GIFs for presentations or use in social content. Also good for finding those GIFs that are trending around a certain subject at any given time.

See and hear a 5-minute video of a real person using your site or app. It's fast and totally free. An upgraded version allows for more videos with longer testing periods.
